Anchor Method Intensive
A closed cohort that trains internal consultants to run a six-week diagnostic without importing theatre.

WebAnchor Base stays with the unglamorous middle: decision rights, portfolio cuts, and the first operating rhythm that makes a new idea survive contact with the calendar.
Enter the Field StudioMost innovation programs fail because nobody owns the Tuesday after the offsite. We design that Tuesday first, then work backward to the idea.
Our consultants sit with general managers, plant leads, and digital product heads who already have more frameworks than they can use. The practice is editorial: we remove options until a team can name what it will not fund.
Open programs
These are not survey classes. Each program assumes you have a live portfolio and a political map you cannot ignore.

Every engagement begins with a reconstruction of how decisions already move: who can stop a pilot, who signs a purchase order, and which meeting is theatre. Only then do we talk about ideas.
Clients in Taiwan often already have a digital office and a transformation deck. What they lack is a shared language for killing work. Our Field Studio is the room where that language is drafted, argued, and put on a wall people can see from the corridor.
The studio storyFrom the journal
A product org in Taoyuan had seven owners for “platform.” The map was more useful than the new org chart.
ReadIf every team can start a trial and nobody can end one, you do not have an innovation engine.
ReadProcess engineers already innovate. The consulting job is to stop importing vocabulary they do not need.

The Anchor Method Intensive forced our PMO to write kill criteria before we wrote the opportunity memo. That sequence still irritates two directors, which I take as a sign it is doing something.
I wanted templates. They gave us a decision log and made us sit in it. The Governance Clinic is slower than the vendor pitch we almost bought, and more durable.
If the work is already messy
We reply within three working days. If we are not the right pair of hands, we say so.
