Custom practice room

Field Studio

A pairing, not a visit. One internal owner, one WebAnchor consultant, and a site that will still be there on Monday.

What the room is for

The Field Studio exists because classrooms cannot fake a plant manager’s calendar. We take a live constraint — a stalled digital twin, a service redesign that legal will not touch, a green-field line that marketing already announced — and we work it in public with the people who can stop it.

Sessions are short and frequent. We do not fly a circus in for a mural. We sit with shift handovers, purchase-order queues, and the informal vetoes that never appear in RACI charts.

You should not book this if

You want a branded lab opening. You need a keynote. You cannot name a single person who will remain accountable after we leave. In those cases, start with an open course or a letter to the studio describing the political map, not the idea.

Cadence

Six weeks on the ground, then a written stop/continue

Week one is reconstruction. Weeks two to five are interventions small enough to reverse. Week six is a letter: what continues, what ends, and who owns the embarrassment of either. Alumni of the Anchor Method Intensive are given first refusal on studio slots because they already share the vocabulary.
